🔔 How to - Modify Core Reminders (your recurring habits/tasks):
If making a lot of edits, we recommend going to our SHELPFUL MEMBER PORTAL
If making quick edits, you can use your AI buddy:
"Core Reminder" is the KEY phrase to use to ensure it knows you want to edit one of the ongoing things it reminds you of.
Create a new core reminder: Example: "Create a core reminder: Stretch everyday at 9 AM"
See all of your core reminders: Example: "Show my core reminders” or “send me my core reminders"
Update/Change a core reminder: Example: "Update my stretching core reminder to 10 AM"
Delete a core reminder: Example: "Clear my stretching core reminder" or "Delete my stretching core reminder"

📝 How to - Manage Your To-Do List:
📹 WATCH THIS SHORT VIDEO ABOUT MANAGING LISTS
HabitGPT can help you keep track of your daily to-do list! It will keep numbered unfinished and completed items in one neat list 📝. Completed items ✅ will clear every night.
Add a to-do item: Just tell HabitGPT what task you want to add, like “add ______ to my to dos” and it'll put it on your to-do list. You can send multiple items at once too, like this:
“Add new to dos: go to store, send meeting notes, make new calendar invite, send XYZ planning doc.”
Proactive Adding: HabitGPT will determine from conversation context if something is a to-do e.g., if you say, ”I need to go to the Post Office”, it will likely add that to your to-do list.
Complete a task: Just tell HabitGPT you got it done OR say, "to-do #4 is done" and it will move it to completed (completed items are cleared at the end of each day). You can also list them: “I finished these tasks: #2, #5, #6” or say them by name, “I went on the run and called my mom - mark as done!”
Add priority star ⭐️: Tell HabitGPT that a task is a priority to put a star next to it, “Task #4 is a priority” -or- when you are sharing to dos, note that: “Add new to dos: call mom (priority), go to post office, send budget proposal” — You can also tell it that something isn’t a priority to have the ⭐️ removed!
Remove a task: If a task changes or is no longer relevant, just tell HabitGPT to DELETE it, (like “Delete to-do #4).
Move a task: If the A.I. mistakenly marks something as complete, and you want to move a task back to incomplete, say ‘Move back to incomplete.’
🛍️ Other Lists - grocery lists, work lists, packing lists, errand lists, etc!

⏰ How to - Set a One-Time or Ad Hoc Reminder:
HabitGPT can remind you of specific tasks, errands, to-do's, etc outside of your recurring "core reminders".
Request a Reminder: HabitGPT is looking for the word "remind" and the timing in your request. E.g., remind me to call my mom at 4pm; remind me to pick up milk this afternoon; remind me to make a Dr appt on Thursday.
Change a Reminder: If you get a reminder but you end up needing it later that day or the next day or can't get to it right away, just say "follow up with me again at 3pm"; "remind me tomorrow morning"; "can you check in with me on this in one hour?"
⏯️ How to PAUSE for a bit:
If you ever are going on a trip and want to pause or just need a weekend unplugged, just tell HabitGPT you want to “pause until _______(day/time)” or “pause for 3 days” or “pause until tomorrow” , and it'll send you a message to prompt you to unpause after that time.
🎤 Send Voice Messages to HabitGPT to do all of the above things
JUST PRESS AND HOLD THE MICROPHONE in WhatsApp, and HabitGPT can now understand voice messages you send. This makes it even easier to use HabitGPT, because you can just talk into your phone, and it transcribes it and parses what you want to do.
Examples of Voice Messages to say to HabitGPT
