These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by Shelpful, Inc. ("Shelpful", "we", "us"). They supplement our and .
What messages you will receive
If you opt in, Shelpful sends recurring automated SMS and MMS messages, which may include reminders, scheduling updates, household and account notifications, and check-ins relating to the goals or routines you have asked us to support.
We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How often
Message frequency varies depending on the reminders you set up. You should expect up to 2 messages per day.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Shelpful does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may. Check your plan with your carrier.
Consent is optional
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is not required to create an account or use any Shelpful service. You can decline SMS and continue to use everything else we offer.
How to opt in
You opt in by ticking the optional SMS consent checkbox on our sign-up form, or by telling us directly that you would like to receive reminders. We record the date and time of consent.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages to that number.
You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL, or email hi@shelpful.com.
To resume messages after opting out, reply START.

Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier's network and effective transmission.
Your information
We use your mobile number only to deliver the messages described above. We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. See our for how we handle your information.
Changes
We may update these SMS Terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
