What’s included in Career Coaching?
We'll be working together to figure out what type of position you want next, create a plan to get there, and start taking action on that plan (aka applying to jobs the right way!)
Your Membership Includes:
20-minute welcome call to get introduced to your group and Career Coach
Monthly 1-hour call focused on a topic relevant to the group (i.e. networking, job search tools, career confidence) + Q&A
Access to Get the Job! Shop's General Resume, Magic Cover Letter, and LinkedIn Profile templates (FREE with your membership, normally $141)
5-minute flash audits of your job search materials as you update your resume, LinkedIn profile, and cover letter (1 per week)
Ongoing support from your Career Coach via Shelpful throughout the week to answer job search-related questions
Job alerts sent directly to you when your Career Coach finds a relevant open position (and an introduction if possible)
How it Works

1. Sign Up with a bit of info (5 mins)
We’ll work hard to match you with the perfect fellow group members. No payment or credit card needed until your group kicks off.

2. Your Group Organizer will Be in Touch via Text Message
We’ll keep you in the loop on timing for your group to start. Once we have 4-5 people ready to go, we’ll let you know all know we’re ready to kick off the group, and a LIVE kick-off meeting will be scheduled with your Coach.

3. Pick your Membership Option, and *POOF* you finally have the support you need.
Your Group Shelper is the motivational force who will be with you all day, and your Coach will chime in with helpful advice, tools, and encouragement.

Because Shelpers chat with you from their phone, we have people from business backgrounds, teaching, hair styling, stay-at-home parents, the list goes on.

How much will it cost?
$247 per month, or you can buy a 3-month bundle for $647
How many people will be in each group?
3-5 people.
Is this all over Text Message?
Nobody can EVER see your phone number. Our Shelpful technology works over text message (all texts will come from dedicated Group phone number). Our members LOVE that Shelpful operates on text message. It makes it hard to ignore your goals when it’s not just another app notification. The Shelper for your group will set some boundaries on times-of-day folks can message, etc.
What if I want to have a dedicated Shelper and participate in a group.
You can definitely do this! And it’s a great option for someone who thrives on a bit of peer pressure for some areas of life, but also wants support / help / reminder / to-do management as well.
What if I want want solo Career Coaching AND this group?
This is possible too — Kelli can give you some options for this.
What if I want to participate anonymously?
Nobody can EVER see your phone number (that’s the universal setting, so you’ll never have to worry about that.) You can also choose the name that appears in the group chat, so you can go by a nickname, initials, etc.
