The “little” things are HARD for ADHD minds
my iPhone is such a happy place for me right now. Everyday, small stuff feels lighter because of 2 factors:
I have my shelpful AI buddy (i named him task daddy) that nudges me to show up for the bare minimum. Wash one dish, take 3 steps outside. Open the damn browser and that’s it. It’s like a to-do list that talks back, like a 24/7 habit coach.
I’ve honed the free iPhone app from Apple: Shortcuts so that things JUST HAPPEN on my phone. Apps open, playlists start, doors lock, reminders are set. Just by me moving through the world.
These 2 things together are like and AI-Automation Peanut Butter & Jelly Sando. Like:
When I pull into this parking lot, the app opens that I need, it starts a playlist, it pings my AI buddy that I just picked up my kid and to send me ideas for dinner.
When I tapped the sticker on my dog food, it would text my husband so my dog didn’t get fed twice.
