Want a fresh start? (use “Burn it Down” to just delete your convo and name to start anew)

  1. Open the iPhone or Android Shelpful app

  2. Navigate to the “YOU” tab

  3. Tap “AI Buddy Preferences”

  4. Scroll down and tap “Burn it all Down” on that page

  5. This is for people who just want a fresh start & to re-do their onboarding with their AI pal. It deletes all your tasks and conversation history. It can’t be undone.

  6. If you want to actually delete ALL your account, see instructions below.

Want to delete your Shelpful account and information?

As a user of the Shelpful mobile app, you can follow the below steps to permanently erase your data from Shelpful:

  1. Open the iPhone or Android Shelpful app

  2. Navigate to the “YOU” tab

  3. Tap “Help”

  4. Scroll down and tap “Need to Delete your Shelpful account >>” on that page

  5. Tap “Delete My Account” - this cannot be undone and may take up to 30 days to process.

This will delete your app account credentials, conversation history, logs, task history, any audio or images you have shared.

Important note: this doesn’t automatically cancel your subscription, as we use iOS and Android payment systems to manage your subscription.
