🚀Things to Try

🧠 Coaching SessionKick things off with a quick session. Your AI buddy will ask you a few questions and help you make habits that are realistic and do-able!
💬 Chat With Your AIIt’s your habit buddy, not just a chatbot. Try saying: "I need to go to post office" or "I need help getting started today."
✅ Get Sh*t DoneGo to the List tab to manually add or check off ANY recurring or one-time item. You can also reply to your AI bud to tell them it's done.
📅 Build a Recurring HabitSay something like "I want to walk for 5 mins at least each day" and let the AI add it to your list.
👀 Change the VibeGo to settings to give custom instructions to your AI buddy. Anything from “use lots of swear words,” to “talk like a pirate,” to “always offer to help me break things down,” to “use lots of emojis 🙌🔥💗”
✨ Name Your AI BuddyMake it personal! Name your AI buddy anything you want in the settings. E.g., Brain Twin, Fred, Boss, Focus Fairy, Task Witch, Shelly — anything you want!

📅What Happens Each Day

  • You’ll get a gentle push to check in.
  • You can log tasks, celebrate little wins, and reflect a little.
  • AI is there as a 2nd brain for you (without judgment).
  • You can hop in anytime to brainstorm, get unstuck, or even... ask for a recipe for muffins.

💡Pro Tips

  • Try a bare minimum habit like "open the blinds" or "put one foot on the floor"
  • Say "Help me lower the bar" if you're stuck — the AI will brainstorm with you
